• THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS,
• DATA LOSS,
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCOUNT ACCESS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Richmond County, New York, unless otherwise required by applicable arbitration provisions.

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Al Jazeera Halal Meat Market agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services, Platform, products, or this Agreement shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration and not through court proceedings, except for matters eligible for small claims court.

You further agree:

• to waive any right to a jury trial,
• to waive participation in any class action or representative proceeding,
• that arbitration shall occur on an individual basis only.

This arbitration provision shall survive termination of your use of the Services.
